Sales, Shipping and Returns

Every sale begins with an enquiry and continues privately. Terms, timing and payment arrangements are agreed individually in writing. There is no online checkout, and no watch can be reserved or purchased through this website.

Where a watch is handed over in person, this is arranged by appointment. Where shipping is required, it is fully insured and tracked, with the carrier and cover agreed in advance.

Return terms are agreed in writing before completion and vary depending on whether the sale is private, brokered or distance-concluded. Any statutory rights applicable to distance sales are honoured in full.

If anything here is unclear before you commit to a transaction, please ask. We would rather answer a question twice than proceed on an assumption.
